FAQ

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All in stock orders dispatch from our USA warehouse within 1-2 business days. Shipping times then vary by location but can take up to six business days (please allow longer for remote areas or Hawaii which typically takes a few weeks). Please allow for extra delivery time over the Christmas period.

*Christmas Delivery: for regular post you need to place your order by Thursday 13th December, and for express post you need to place your order by Monday 17th December to ensure pre-Christmas delivery.

That said, we strongly suggest you place your order as soon as possible and use express shipping as the postal service gets overwhelmed at this time of year and often experiences delays which are outside of our control. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $75! Otherwise our standard shipping rate is $9.95 for regular mail and $14.95 for express. All our orders are sent via USPS or UPS.

We love our international clients and are happy to ship internationally! Shipping is charged at the exact rate and is added during checkout. If you are from the UK or Australia (or closer to one of those countries - e.g. within Europe or NZ) we suggest shopping from their websites (see links above) for cheaper and faster shipping options.

Please also note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred as well as any customs delays. Please check your local customs office for more information.

International orders can in some cases take up to six weeks for delivery. Some locations may take longer depending on the address. We are not responsible for any carrier or customs delays and cannot guarantee a set delivery time.


What is your return and refund policy?

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or unwanted gifts so please choose carefully. If you believe your order has been damaged during delivery, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can rectify the situation by emailing us with a photo. Similarly, if you believe there is a manufacturing error please contact us right away so we can make it right for you! Please email us at: support@amelialanepaper.com

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address or make changes to orders once they are submitted (as they are immediately sent to our warehouse and then shipped) so please double-check your order and shipping details before confirming as we are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We are unable to offer gift wrapping as we try and offer a very fast turnaround from receiving your order to shipping although all our planners come beautifully gift boxed and the packing slip does not include any pricing information on it.
